Penn-Sarne Holiday Flats are conveniently situated in a quiet residential area in Llandudno, North Wales, just a few minutes from the main shopping centre and seafront. There are 5 holiday flats, sleeping between 2 and 5 people. Special midweek and weekend Winter offers are available.

The holiday flats are arranged as follows:

Flat 1 (3*) - Newly-refurbished for 2008, this ground floor, one-bedroom apartment features: lounge with dining area and leather double sofa-bed Free view TV DVD and a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, including built in oven grill & hob, microwave, dishwasher etc. Bedroom with one double and one single bed radio alam clock; and a separate bathroom with shower.

Flat 2 (3*) - Newly refurbished in January 2008, this ground floor apartment has one bedroom with Double Bed, radio alam clock and en suite bathroom with shower. The lounge is open-plan, free view TV & DVD with fully equipped kitchen built in oven grill & hob, microwave, dishwasher etc, and a dining area.

Flat 3 (3*) - Newly refurbished in January 2008, this first floor apartment has one bedroom with Double Bed, radio alam clock, TV and en suite bathroom with shower. The lounge is open-plan, with a two sittee & a bedchair,free view TV & DVD with fully equipped kitchen built in oven grill & hob, microwave, dishwasher etc, and a dining area.

Flat 4 (2*) - Newly-refurbished for 2008, first floor one-bedroom apartment features: a lounge with dining area and double sofa-bed Free view TV DVD; fully equipped kitchen, including grill & hob, microwave etc. Bedroom with one double and one single bed radio alam clock; and a separate bathroom with shower.

Flat 5 (2*) - 2nd floor. Newly refurbished July 2008. One bedroom sleeps three, lounge two piece suite & a single bed used as a sofa or bed, dining room and kitchen.

Each flat has its own private entrance. There is ample free street parking around the holiday flats.

About the location in Llandudno, North Wales

Llandudno is the queen of the North Wales seaside resorts with 2 fine beaches and a pier. Llandudno still retains its Victorian character and it has an extensive shopping centre and a new retail development opening soon with famous names such as BHS and Debenhams. It provides an ideal centre for touring North Wales, including the Snowdonia National Park, Anglesey and the North Wales coastal resorts.

As well as the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside there are many local attractions and activities available. In Llandudno there is a dry ski slope, The Great Orme Tram, and the Victorian Pier to name but a few. Other attractions such as the castles at Conwy and Caernarfon, and the steam railways of the Ffestiniog Railway, Snowdon Mountain Railway and Welsh Highland Railway are all within easy reach. The area is ideal for walking, cycling, bird watching and much more.

Directions:
By road - off (M6 and M56) On to the A55 take the exit 18 for Deganwy A546, over two roundabouts follow the road for 3 miles approximate. Through Deganwy past North Wales Golf Club on the left to round about turn right for town centre Gloddaeth Avenue take the fourth turning on the left you arrive at York Road.
